Where to start?

We start every new patient off with a courtesy call after filling out a Discovery Form. During this call it is time for you to ask questions, get information, and see if Chiropractic is the right option for you. If you feel ready, we get you scheduled right then, and send you your new patient paperwork to bring with you.

You will attend your new patient appointment. Dr. Kael will spend an hour with you not only covering your chief complaint and history, but also spend a large portion of the time starting your treatment. 

Your care plan

As you begin your care, you will see that Dr. Kael only prescribes visits that she feels is necessary. Many find this quite enjoyable and different from a traditional plan of high visit frequency. 

Our goal is to not only get you out of pain, but figure out what is causing the pain, treat it, and help you have the tools to keep it from coming back. Typically we see people in three phases of care. The first phase is somewhat of a reset, second is reinforcement of the changes, and last is the reloading or strengthening portion.

How long it takes each person to get through those stages varies based on their condition, but we find phase one is 4-6 visits, two is 6-8 visits, and the strength phase being 4-5 visits. Some patients need less, some need more. Many stick around after pain is gone just to stay ahead of pain by coming in 1-2x per month.
