New Patients

If you are new to our office and would like to schedule a new patient exam, please click the “schedule online” button below, or please call our office at (817) 251-7250 and we can answer any questions you have before scheduling!

Current Patients

If you are an active patient and would like to schedule an appointment, you can schedule an appointment online, or you can give our office a call.  Click on "Schedule Online" below to visit our online scheduling page.

Cancellation Policy:

We try to avoid fees when possible and prefer to reschedule appointments. However, because we reserve one-on-one time with our doctors, changes within the final hour prevent us from offering that time to another patient. Short-notice cancellations are therefore treated the same as missed appointments.

If you are within 24-hours, we can often avoid any late cancellation fees by rescheduling the appointment to the next 1-2 business days, but this is not guaranteed.

A valid card on file is required to reserve new patient appointments.

New Patient Appointment Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: No fee

• Late cancellation (within 24 hours): $90.00

• Short-notice cancellation (within 1 hour of appointment): $225.00

• No-show (after the appointment start time): $225.00

Office Visit Appointment Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: No fee

• Late cancellation (within 24 hours): $30.00

• Short-notice cancellation (within 1 hour of appointment): $75.00

• No-show (after the appointment start time): $75.00
