Cancellation Policy
All visits must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. All late cancellations for office visits are charged a fee of $30. All no-show appointments are charged a self-pay fee of $75.

About Late Cancellations: We try to avoid late cancel fees as much as possible. Our preference is to reschedule the appointment. We understand life happens, but since we block 1-1 time with doctors we need to take steps to help prevent no call/no shows which take up appointment slots that someone may have needed. This is why we always encourage a reschedule over a cancellation of an appointment.
