do we take your INsurance?

Yes! We do accept most insurance plans, but we are out-of-network providers. We will verify your benefits before your visit, and help you compare the cost vs. using a self pay rate. Most of our patients prefer self pay as it is more affordable.

We do accept HSA and FSA cards as well!

Baffled by premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums? Here is an overview of health insurance that will help clear things up and give you a better sense of how your money is spent.

What are the SeLf pay rates?

There is a lot to be said about paying for your care by yourself. Not only are you taking your health into your own hands, but it also puts you and the doctor in the drivers seat. Many people are unaware when they use their insurance, much of their care is dictated by the insurance company and not the doctor at all. Self pay rates are often the most affordable option to pay in all doctor offices you attend.

What about self submitting insurance?

Yes, that is a great secondary option to not only pay self pay rates, but then submit your charges on your own to your insurance company to apply to your deductible and/or get your reimbursement directly. Let us know if this is an option you’re interested in.

Here are The 2019 self pay rates:

New Patient Exam (1 Hour) $175

Office Visit (30 mins) $65

What about children? (check out this blog post)

We love when families see the benefit of Chiropractic on their children. We see all children ages 13 and younger at no charge as long as they are seen during a parents visit. If the case is severe enough that the child needs their own appointment time, their rates are the same as above. Since we charge based on time, we will see as much of the family as we can in the time scheduled. We prefer families of 3 or larger book an entire hour for the family.

financial hardship?

If you have any questions about rates, or find that you need care but are having a hard time affording it, please contact us at and we will reach out to you to make sure you are taken care of.

Medicare/Medicaid & TRICARE

Unfortunately we currently do not accept medicare, medicaid, or TRICARE insurance plans. As out of network providers, those insurance plans have no benefits available. Please contact us if you need financial assistance.
